Celebrate...and Release
Living
as we are in rather tumultuous times, it seems we are called with increasing
urgency to release old ways of being - in our bodies and our minds - and to let
go of our resistance to change, to “what is”.
So in this workshop we will invite ourselves to celebrate the passing,
the falling away, of the old structures that have defined us. We will use body
and breath to help move us into new spaces. And we will open ourselves to the
joyfulness, the fearlessness, that accompanies release.
